DIVIDEND ENABLES SHAREHOLDERS TO SHARE IN PROFITS

As in the prior year, the Board of Management and Supervisory Board propose using €18.1 million of the accumulated income to pay a dividend of €0.15 per share. The dividend per share is therefore at the same level as in 2017. However, it has been funded exclusively from the operational business, whereas last year the intention of the dividend was to allow the shareholders to benefit from the completed property transactions. We plan to carry on enabling our shareholders to participate in the success of our Company and aim for a dividend ratio of 30 per cent of sustainable profit. At the same time, we intend to continue funding a significant proportion of our growth ourselves, that is to say from our own capital.
